Why We Do This

Veterans dedicate their lives to serving this country. Yet too often, when they return home, they face complex systems, fragmented care, and barriers that make accessing support unnecessarily difficult.

Veterans Health and Wellness Foundation was created to close that gap.

Founded by Veterans with lived experience in healthcare and military service, VHWF exists to bridge the space between service and support. We educate healthcare professionals on military culture and health disparities. We connect Veterans and families to trusted community resources. We help navigate benefits systems that can otherwise feel overwhelming.
