Through trusted programs, community partnerships, and the Veteran Medical Neighborhood Consortium, VHWF serves as a hub where Veterans can find support across many areas of life including healthcare, employment, food assistance, education, and wellness services.
By strengthening connections between Veterans, communities, and service providers, we help ensure that no Veteran has to navigate these challenges alone.

Veteran Neighborhood Consortium
The Veteran Neighborhood Consortium (the "Neighborhood") is a space for you, as a Veteran, and your family, to locate businesses that are welcoming and supportive of military and Veteran communities as customers, clients, patients, guests, stakeholders, employees, or members.
In this neighborhood, all neighbors are connected by a common purpose: to show thanks and appreciation to Veterans and their families through action.
We highlight businesses that provide specialized services to Veterans and their families, offer discounts on products or services, financially support Veteran efforts, and/or foster a sense of connection and community. These businesses and institutions collaborate with the Veterans Health and Wellness Foundation to carry out the VHWF mission and give back to Veterans across the country.
